Advanced Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine is a physical therapy and occupational therapy clinic in Grand Chute, Wisconsin, that provides personalized care for patients with pain, injury, or recovering from surgery.

♦FREE Injury Screen for all injuries related to muscles, tendons, ligaments, bones, concussion concerns, etc.
♦Injury care recommendations.
♦Follow-up recommendations to kick-start the recovery process.

♦Fridays: 8:00 am- 12:00 pm
