Our Process

If we can’t prevent it,

we are the most effective at managing and treating it.

Physical/Occupational Therapy Evaluation And Treatment

Physical therapy and/or occupational therapy evaluation for work-related and non-work-related injuries can be performed at your company* or our clinic.

If the injury is work-related, our treatments will be guided by the physical demands obtained during the Job Site Analysis process to make sure our plan aligns with the work.

We also take the time to address any additional contributing factors. We know that injuries do not happen in isolation. The whole body and person needs to be assessed for a safe and effective return to work.

Many of our Therapists have worked onsite and have been through our Job Site Analysis training. They know how physical your job can be and understand the demands of your work.

Work Hardening/ Conditioning

To improve strength, endurance, and overall job-related activity tolerance to allow the employee to perform at their highest level.

Fit-for-Duty Testing

Also known as Return to Work Testing.

To assess the employee’s ability to safely perform essential functions of the job before returning to the work environment.

Fit-for-duty testing helps prevent reinjury and addresses fears associated with returning to work.

Functional Capacity Evaluation

To Identify the employee's maximum capacity through a Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE).
