Lena Comprés
OTD, OTR/L, PSMI-CS
Lena is a Doctor of Occupational Therapy dedicated to helping patients regain function and confidence through personalized, evidence-based care. Fluent in English, Spanish, and German, she values building strong rapport and truly understanding each patient’s unique symptoms, goals, and lifestyle.
As an orthopedic occupational therapist, Lena is committed to educating patients about their condition and guiding them through conservative and postoperative treatment options that support their recovery and improve quality of life. She integrates research-driven interventions with a compassionate, problem-solving approach to help patients return to their meaningful daily activities.
A lifelong learner, Lena continually advances her expertise through ongoing education in hand and upper extremity rehabilitation. She holds an additional certification in Graston Technique® and training in manual therapy, enhancing her ability to provide comprehensive, individualized treatment.
Outside of her professional work, Lena enjoys traveling, reading, and music, and cherishes time spent with her husband, son, and their Aussiedoodle.
