Cortany Shearer
PTA
Cortany is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and member of the American Physical Therapy Association. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and an Associate of Applied Science Degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. Cortany’s prior professional and personal experiences allow her to provide a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the realm of rehabilitation care. Cortany has worked exclusively in outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine since starting her career in physical therapy and enjoys working with all pathology and all ages. Her emphasis on open communication and collaborative care ensures her patients understand their treatment plans and have an active role in achieving the desired outcomes.
Away from work, Cortany enjoys spending time with family and friends, participating in recreational sports, and enjoying the outdoors. She volunteers at various organizations focused on children with special needs throughout the year and is passionate about helping others.
