Jean received her Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Wisconsin in 1989. She completed her athletic training certification while working with the Wisconsin Badger Football Team. Jean is a member of the United States Olympic Sports Medicine Committee and participates in national coverage of sporting competitions. She is also a certified group fitness instructor with the American Council on Exercise, Personal Trainer and Certified Pilates Instructor. Jean's clinical background is in the area of orthopedics/sports medicine, rehabilitation of the knee, shoulder and foot dysfunctions. She holds a certification in Lymphedema management and has special interests in women's health issues which include treatment of incontinence, pre-natal/post-partum, post mastectomy, osteoporosis, and fibromyalgia. She has taught at conferences and universities on various sports medicines and women's health issues. She is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association. In her spare time, Jean enjoys any physical activity, sporting events, and spending time with her three boys. Jean sees patients at the Shawano and New London locations.
